supposed you can't speak English well and you are surrounded by people those who else can't speak English well, you are very comfortable with them but you go in the association of those people whose communication skill is so powerful, you feel disturbed there, so work on your English language.



Stay current 

Update always, made your opinion, read everything about the topics, update your knowledge in two ways, and make your own opinion, it show that you have a lot of knowledge about any field.


Develop creativity

 learn new things on regular basis it will help you to grow your personality, read books, "good readers are good leaders" if you want to lead your life, so read good books regularly, learn from others experience. 



Listen carefully 

A good communicator knows the rule of communication to be a good listener, talk very little about yourself, listen to others first, people never notice that person, who talk so much. 




Develop a sense of humour

How to make another laugh, make jokes, become a storyteller and cuts the jokes on yourself, sense of humour is also a good quality to develop yourself.
